The Superfine Merino Scoop is a wardrobe staple made from 100% Australian Woolmark Certified Merino Wool. This slim fit design features a lightweight knit with a round neckline and self-start hem and cuffs for a minimal finish.

Part of our Heritage 365 collection, it is crafted with a 19.5 micron Basolan treated yarn, offering exceptional softness and quality.

Model is 177 cm tall and wears a size S.

• Cold hand wash with approved wool detergent
• Do not bleach, soak, wring or rub
• Rinse well
• Gently squeeze excess water by hand

• Warm iron with steam
• Dry cleanable (P)

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

CHANGE OF MIND

At Shop 9 we are happy to exchange, or issue a credit note in accordance with the following conditions:

• Will exchange or issue a credit note within 48 hours of receiving purchase. - Please note courier charges will be deducted from credit note for online purchases.
• Upon returning the garment, you must provide a ‘proof of purchase’, therefore being a tax invoice or credit or bank card statement.
• Please note we do not refund for special orders, however we may issue you a Shop 9 credit note that is valid for six months from the date of issue.
• Garments returned must be in new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return. Tags must remain attached to the garment.
• All shoes are to be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. The shoe Box it came in and other packaging must accompany the garments.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you notice a garment is faulty, please notify us immediately

We will:

• Repair or replace.
• If we are unable to replace or repair we will issue you a Shop 9 credit for the price of the garment.
• We are unable to replace or repair garments that are a result of wear and tear.
