Model Nova D120640 from the Zhrill jeans collection is a 5-pocket jeans in a slightly destroyd look and unfinished legs. Made of 98% cotton, 2% elastane and washable in a wool wash 30 degrees. The inside leg length for a size 28 is 78 cm and the waist height including the waistband is 23 cm high (medium waist). The waistband at the back of the Nova model is always one strap higher (4 cm) than the front, which ensures a good fit. Because of the long leg length, the Nova model can also be easily turned over to create just that nice effect that these otherwise basic jeans need. Furthermore, the jeans material is of a normal thickness and feels soft.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
CHANGE OF MIND
At Shop 9 we are happy to exchange, or issue a credit note in accordance with the following conditions:
- Will exchange or issue a credit note within 48 hours of receiving purchase. - Please note courier charges will be deducted from credit note for online purchases.
- Upon returning the garment, you must provide a ‘proof of purchase’, therefore being a tax invoice or credit or bank card statement.
- Please note we do not refund for special orders, however we may issue you a Shop 9 credit note that is valid for six months from the date of issue.
- Garments returned must be in new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return. Tags must remain attached to the garment.
- All shoes are to be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. The shoe Box it came in and other packaging must accompany the garments.

FAULTY ITEMS
If you notice a garment is faulty, please notify us immediately
We will:
- Repair or replace.
- If we are unable to replace or repair we will issue you a Shop 9 credit for the price of the garment.
- We are unable to replace or repair garments that are a result of wear and tear.
